It seems to be the 100th anniversary of Tobu Tojo Line.
I just saw the pamphlet for the 100th anniversary event. Apparently they will be running updated 8000 series cars with flesh-colored (sage cream) revival paint. However, the 81111F formation is an updated car with a modified face, so it is a car with round lights from the time of its debut.
