Kawagoe Purapura

I had a little free time in the afternoon, so I went to the Tetsu Ota Kawagoe Festival and the Kawagoe Vehicle Center Festival. Last year there was a large gathering of 205 series, but this year it is here. A large collection of E233 series, the black mask on the window and colorful belt remind me of Sentai items.
